Hanks, LLC ("Hank's," "we," "us") collects only what we need to respond to you, provide our services, and understand how our website is used. We do not sell your personal information.

This policy covers www.hirehanks.com, the forms on it, and the calls, texts, and emails you exchange with us. Hank's is a Michigan general contractor serving the Detroit metro area, and this site is intended for visitors in the United States.

• Wix, which hosts our website and stores the information you submit through our forms

• Licensed contractors and service professionals who perform work at your home, who receive only what they need to do the job (such as your name, address, and access details)

• Other service providers that support our operations, such as scheduling, phone, and email services

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

We do not sell your information for money, and we do not share your form submissions with other companies for their own marketing. Some state laws treat the use of advertising pixels, like the Meta Pixel, as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can limit this using the choices in the next section.

 

Your choices

 

You can limit what is collected about you and how we contact you:

• Cookies: Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, and keep business, tax, and warranty records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. Analytics providers keep data according to their own retention settings.

 

How we protect information

 

We use reasonable safeguards, including the security built into Wix and our other service providers, to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Children's privacy

 

Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
