What is included in a Hank’s subscription?
 

  • Every plan covers the core home preservation services you need—inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and seasonal prep. For a full list of services for each tier, please click here. Your initial visit is a home audit, after which we will provide a detailed list of services specific to your home.

 

How often do you come to my home?
 

  • We typically visit at least once per season, with certain services tailored to your specific home nuances and the seasonal needs of your property. Your plan includes a customized service calendar, so you always know what’s happening and when.

Do I need to be home during service visits?
 

  • Not necessarily. Many homeowners provide us with access instructions so we can complete scheduled work even if you’re away. We’ll always confirm and communicate before and after each visit.

 

Can I add extra services outside of my subscription?
 

  • Yes. While your plan covers a wide range of essentials, we also offer add-on services – truly any need inside or outside of the home, we can handle! Contact our 24/7 service line to make a request.  

 

What if something urgent comes up between visits?
 

  • We’ve got you covered. Simply contact us, and we’ll schedule a visit for urgent repairs or maintenance outside your regular subscription. Our goal is to be your go-to service provider for everything home related.

 

How does pricing work?
 

  • Our subscription pricing is transparent and flat-rate. Check out our Plans & Pricing page for more details. All pricing listed is the base model quote, and things like multiple water heaters, multiple HVAC units or an excessive amount of windows are features that would increase your monthly price. On a monthly basis, you’ll know exactly what’s included with no surprise fees. Larger or custom projects can be quoted separately.

 

Is there a contract or commitment?
 

  • Our plans are designed to be flexible. As many services are seasonal, initial commitment is 60 days, and after that all services are billed month-to-month. Most customers commit for a year to ensure their home gets full seasonal care, but we’ll work with you to find the right arrangement.

 

What areas do you serve?
 

  • We proudly serve homes throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our service zone, just ask!
